We're excited to COME TOGETHER this fall for FabFest-CharIotte's Beatles Festival!

More than 80 volunteers help make FabFest a huge success! If you are interested in volunteering at FabFest in 2024, or helping the FabFest team in the weeks leading up to the festival, please complete the FabFest Volunteer Registration Form before Wed, Sep 11.

FabFest Volunteers attend one information session in advance and commit to volunteering two 3-hour shifts or more, from load-in Thursday, October 3 through load-out on Sunday, October 6. New volunteers who complete two 3-hour shifts receive a FabFest shirt along with free admission to the event you serve (FabFest Daytime and or Tosco Music Beatles Tribute).

Load-in/Load Out - the greatest demand is for unloading/set-up at Parr Center 10am-1pm Friday, Oct 3 and packing/loading 4pm-7pm Saturday, October 5. Free tickets to Tosco Music Beatles Tribute and FabFest Daytime for volunteers who can do both of these shifts - let us know in the form if that's you!

Single shifts - volunteers for single shifts may be scheduled as needed. Single-shift volunteers receive free admission to the event they are serving (either FabFest Daytime or Tosco Music Beatles Tribute).

Ambassadors - can you help in September to get the word out to different groups in the Charlotte area, and beyond? Can you distribute fliers around town or help on the social media team? Let us know! Use the availability and comment sections of the form to note if you'd like to volunteer with tasks in advance.
