Marketplace Vendors

Vendors, apply for space at the FabFest Marketplace!

The Marketplace is open to the public 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturday, October 4, 2025.

• FabFest Marketplace is for vendors selling Beatles-related merchandise and memorabilia.
• Priority is given to Beatles and 60s-era themed vendors, however additional vendors are accepted as space is available at the discretion of Tosco Music.
• Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
• Tables are 6’ x 2.5’
• Table fees: $100 for the first table, $50 for each additional table.
• FabFest is presented by Tosco Music which offers no guarantee for sales.
• Payment for table fees must be made HERE before application is considered complete. In the donation form: 1) use the "Other Amount" option, 2) Use the "Donation Note" section to write Vendor Application.
• Or, a check payable to Tosco Music may be mailed to Tosco Music, PO Box 9483, Charlotte, NC 28299. Add "FabFest 2025 Vendor fee" to memo.
