Many volunteers help make FabFest a huge success! If you are interested in volunteering at FabFest in 2026, please register for one of the information sessions below.
FabFest Volunteer Info Sessions (all sessions will be via Zoom)
Tues. August 25 - 12:00pm: Register Here
Wed. Sept. 9 - 7:30pm: Register Here

Friday, Oct 2 and/or Sat Oct 3
Festival Volunteers:
- attend one information session in advance
- serve two 3-hour shifts or more, from load-in Friday, October 2, 2026 through Sunday, October 3, 2026
(or in advance over the summer - see below for ways to help FabFest succeed over August & September). - are especially needed for load-in/load out - the greatest demand is for unloading/set-up at Parr Center 10am-1pm Friday, Oct 2, 2026 and packing/loading 4pm-7pm Saturday, October 3, 2026.
- who complete two 3-hour shifts receive free admission to Tosco Music Beatles Tribute and lunch on Saturday
- may choose to complete their second shift as a FabFest Ambassador (see below)
- who are volunteering for the first time receive a free FabFest T-shirt
REGISTER FOR FESTIVAL SHIFTS
FabFest Ambassadors (SEPT 2026)
Festival Volunteers may complete a second shift as a FabFest Ambassador in September by distributing flyers, helping with social media or staffing an information table at a community event.
- around town - deliver printed fliers to various locations / bulletin boards, tabling a community event
- online - post about FabFest into a Facebook group
- behind the scenes - help us collect stories from past festival-goers, make reels from our photo-video archives
- email - send the website or digital fliers to your email lists
- text - suggest the event or ways to get involved in your group chats
