FabFest Daytime is open to the public 10 AM - 5 PM on Saturday, October 3, 2026.

New opportunities for art, craft and fashion vendors! We're expanding vendor opportunities at FabFest with two market areas to better accommodate different kinds of vendors.

FabFest Marketplace (indoors) - Beatles-related merchandise and other vendors as space allows; preferred placement offered to returning vendors.

Strawberry Field Art Market (outdoors) - Groovy art, craft and fashion for all ages; priority for vendors with some items that are 60s-era-styled or themed.

Strawberry Field Food & Beverage (outdoors) - Sweet and savory treats, non-alcoholic drinks.

• Tables are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
• Tables are 6’ x 2.5’
• Registration fees: $100 per table. $50 additional table.
• Optional: $30 for a 10x10 tent (or bring your own for free).
• EARLY BIRD SAVINGS: 50% off tables only by Sept. 1, 2026. Only $50 for one table, $75 for two!
(Note: discount does not apply to optional tents)
• FabFest is presented by Tosco Music which offers no guarantee for sales.
• Payment for table fees must be made HERE before application is considered complete. In the donation form: 1) use the "Other Amount" option, 2) Use the "Donation Note" section to write Vendor Application.
• Or, a check payable to Tosco Music may be mailed to Tosco Music, PO Box 9483, Charlotte, NC 28299. Add "FabFest Vendor fee" to memo.
